From a total disinterest in public speaking to winning the recent Middle East Toastmasters International Public Speaking Competition, Fahad Al Qahtani has taken great strides towards the podium

Just over a year ago, 25-year-old UAE national, Fahad Al Qahtani, thought a class in public speaking was of no use to him.

(Toastmasters International is a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping its members improve their communication and leadership skills through public speaking contests. In the UAE, approximately 30 clubs are members of Toastmasters International, including Dubai Men's College Club.)
