UAE weather update: Heavy rain hits Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Sharjah, cloud cover across eastern regions

Dubai: Light to moderate rain hit parts of Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah once again on Monday afternoon. The National Center of Metorology shared yellow and orange alerts for clouds developing over some eastern and northern parts of the country.

Recently, light to moderate rainfall has been observed in several locations across the UAE. Specifically, the areas of Suhailah and Al Ghayl in Ras Al Khaimah have experienced precipitation, along with Laweedid in Sharjah. Additionally, Al Hanyah and Masafi in Fujairah have also reported similar weather conditions.

Rainy conditions are to be expected until Wednesday in the UAE. According to the NCM, residents can expect fog or mist formation over some western areas.

In areas where there is cloud formation and rain, temperatures are expected to decrease. Expect moderate winds at times.
