Dubai: Early risers in the UAE may have noticed a refreshing start to their day as the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) reported light rain over Um Al Sumoul and Al Quo in Al Ain, and Gasyoura in the Al Dhafra region. Drivers are urged to proceed with caution, as the rainfall has created slippery conditions.

The weather forecast for today predicts a partly cloudy to overcast sky, with occasional light showers expected in the Northern and Eastern parts of the country. Temperatures will remain mild, with highs ranging from 22 to 26°C in the interior regions, while coastal areas and islands will see a more moderate range of 18 to 23°C. Those headed to the mountains can expect temperatures between 16 and 23°C.

By nightfall and into Monday morning, humidity levels are expected to rise in some internal areas, increasing the likelihood of mist formation, adding a mystical touch to the dawn. Winds will be light to moderate but could pick up strength at times over the sea, potentially causing blowing dust across the land in the Northwest direction, with speeds reaching up to 40 km/h.

Stay safe, stay dry, and be prepared for a refreshing change in the weather today!
