UAE weather: Temperatures to soar this weekend

The Met Office forecast states an increase in inland regions of the country

Dubai: The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued a weather forecast recently which stated an increase in temperatures is expected this week.

While temperature highs today are expected to be between 38 and 42 degree Celsius, the forecast for this week states temperatures are expected to climb up to 46 degree Celsius. The lowest temperature recorded today 21.7 degree Celsius in Raknah, Al Ain.

Fortunately, weather conditions on Thursday, July 10, will be similar to today, with clear to partly cloudy skies eastward of the UAE.

Residents will also experience light to moderate winds, Southwesterly to Northwesterly, with speeds reaching up to 35 km/hr.

Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea are expected to be slight, much calmer than it was a couple of days ago.
