Dubai: On Saturday evening, light to moderate rains fell on various areas of Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah, bringing a refreshing change to the region's climate. This rainfall contributed to a noticeable drop in temperatures, leading to cooler and more comfortable weather conditions across the entire country.

The weather across the country is currently partly cloudy, with temperatures ranging from 23°C to 28°C this evening. Light rainfall was recorded in Das Island, Abu Dhabi, around 4pm.

According to the latest update from the National Center for Meteorology (NCM), the highest temperature recorded today was 31°C at Fujairah International Airport at 2:50 PM.

Cloudy conditions are expected over the weekend in the UAE. The NCM also warns residents to be on the lookout for fog or mist formation in some western areas.

Those with dust allergies should take precautions, as light to moderate winds are anticipated, especially in northern regions, where wind speeds could reach up to 40 km/h.

On Sunday, February 16, 2025, the forecast is for partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with a chance of light rainfall over islands and some northern and coastal areas. Light to moderate winds from the northeast to northwest will occur, occasionally becoming fresh and causing blowing dust, with speeds ranging from 10 to 25 km/h, reaching up to 40 km/h.

The sea conditions are expected to be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.
