UAE weather alert: Temperatures to drop, brace for dusty skies

A change in temperatures is forecast for today and tomorrow, across parts of the country

Dubai: Clear to partly cloudy skies, especially eastward of the country can be expected today.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), there will also be a decrease in temperatures over the coast, and blowing dust during the daytime.

The forecast states temperature highs will be between 39 and 44 degree Celsius, while temperature lows will be between 23 and 28 degree Celsius today.

Light to moderate winds can be expected today with speeds reaching up to 35 km/hr over coastal and island regions, and 40 km/hr over internal and mountain regions.

Residents can expect another decrease in temperatures tomorrow, May 27, according to NCM’s forecast.
