UAE weather alert: Motorists warned of fog, low visibility
Motorists were advised to be extra cautious when driving in foggy conditions

Abu Dhabi: The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) on Monday urged motorists to take all precautions and follow the traffic regulations due to the chance of fog formation.
In a statement, NCM said horizontal visibility may drop even further at times over some coastal and internal areas from 22:00 Monday, September 12, until 09:00 Tuesday, September 13.
Authorities have also warned motorists to exercise caution due to reduced visibility during the fog.
Abu Dhabi Police have asked drivers to follow the changing speed limits displayed on electronic information boards.
