NCM forecasts dusty, partly cloudy skies, light rain, temperature increases in some areas

Dubai: The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has reported light rain over Al Sila in the Al Dhafra region early this morning. As part of today's weather forecast, NCM anticipates dusty conditions, with partly cloudy skies expected to turn overcast at times in several areas, particularly the islands and some western regions. These conditions may be accompanied by light rainfall, as temperatures see an upward trend.
In terms of temperatures, the internal regions of the country will experience highs ranging from 25°C to 30°C, while coastal areas and islands will see temperatures between 23°C and 28°C. The mountain regions are expected to remain cooler, with temperatures ranging from 16°C to 21°C.
Winds will be light to moderate but could intensify, causing dust and sand to blow, potentially reducing horizontal visibility in certain areas. The winds will be coming from the southeast to northeast, with speeds ranging from 10 to 25 km/h, reaching up to 40 km/h at times. The sea is expected to be moderate to rough at times in the Arabian Gulf, while the Oman Sea will be slightly to moderately rough.
Residents are advised to remain cautious of reduced visibility and changing weather conditions throughout the day.
