UAE weather alert: Chance of light rainfall this weekend across the country

Dubai: Residents across the UAE experienced an increase in temperatures, today with temperature highs expected to be between 30 and 35 degree Celsius.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), clear to cloudy skies will cover parts of the country tomorrow, Saturday, March 8. Residents can also expect light to moderate winds tomorrow, which at times can cause blowing dust during the daytime.

The forecast also states there will be a chance of light rainfall with a decrease in temperatures, especially over some western coastal areas, on Sunday, March 9.

Cloudy skies with a chance of light rainfall is expected to continue until Tuesday, March 11, over some coastal and island regions.

Light to moderate winds, with speeds reaching up to 35 km/hr can be expected this weekend.
