Dubai: It's cooled down to 18.2°C at at 5.45am on Wednesday morning up in Jebel Jais, a mountain range in Ras Al Khaimah, according to UAE weathermen.
Cyclone Luban updates
Meanwhile, the National Centre for Meteorology (NCM) forecasters are closely watching Tropical Cyclone Luban in the Arabian Sea, though the weather pattern is not expected to affect the UAE.

Oman's National Multi-Hazard and Early Warning Centre spotted the concentration of the tropical storm Luban in the middle of the Arabian Sea around 830 km away from Salalah city, with surface wind speeds of 50 to 55 knots (93 to 102 kmph).
The tropical storm continues to move west by northwest towards Dhofar governorate coast and Yemen, with the tropical storm likely to deepen into a tropical cyclone of the first degree within the next 24 hours.
Prediction charts on Tuesday issued by Oman's Public Authority for Civil Aviation also showed the possibility of indirect impacts of the storm on the governorates of Dhofar and Al Wusta starting from Wednesday, October 10, 2018, with isolated rain and rising sea waves with maximum heights between 4 and 6 metres.
Cooling down
Temperatures are generally cooling down in the UAE: At 6.30am in Raknah, the mercury went down to 21.6°C, while in Al Dhaid town in the north-east saw 21.9°C at 5.45am.

Meanwhile, thick fog shrouded the country's south-western region at about 7.30am.

Fog was also reported early morning in Al Mirfa- Al Silaa road in the south-west of the country and Madinat Zayed in Dharfa.

For the rest of the day, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts light to moderdate winds.
Daytime temperatures in the country, however, would still hover around the high 30s to low 40s, especially in the early afternoon.

Some clouds are expected in the afternoon, with relative humidity increasing during the night and early morning over the western coat and internal areas, possibly bringing in fog or mist formation.
