Abu Dhabi: Rain and strong winds carrying sand and dust are forecast to hit the UAE's eastern regions on Tuesday, the according to the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).
The NCMS cautioned motorists to reduce driving speeds due to low visibility caused by aggravated sand and dust.
