Video: Fire breaks out in Sharjah Industrial area

Sharjah: Sharjah Civil Defence are working to control a fire that occurred at a spare parts warehouse in Industrial Area in Sharjah on Saturday evening.

Fire fighters have swung into action to extinguish the fire.

Thick black smoke can be seen from a distance.

Colonel Sami Khamis Al Naqbi, Director General of Sharjah Civil Defence , said a report was received to the operating room at 4:54pm about a fire accident in the industrial area 2.  He said the civil defense teams were immediately dispatched to the scene. The fire broke out in a used cars spare parts warehouse. The fire was brought under control within an hour without any injuries.
