Unstable slope poses threat

Especially during winter and harsh weather, road infrastructure must be looked at as a priority.

A Gulf News reader J.H. Lim pointed out that "a potentially hazardous slope ... at an overpass on Oud Metha Road, linking to Al Khail Road".

The community reporter said it raised serious concerns about stability and was a safety hazard for motorists. "I hope the relevant authorities will conduct the necessary investigation and rectify the situation ... for the safety of road-users."
