Sharjah Police General Command team up with Emirates Post Group
Sharjah: The Sharjah Police General Command has entered into a cooperation agreement with Emirates Post Group (EMX) to deliver vehicle ownership documents and driving licences directly to customers' doorsteps.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Brigadier General Dr Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director General of Operations and Security Support at Sharjah Police, and Ali Mousa, Senior Director of the Commercial Sector at Emirates Post – EMX, alongside several officials from both entities.
Brigadier Al Naour highlighted that the collaboration underscores Sharjah Police’s commitment to developing smart, customer-centric services in line with the UAE government’s vision of effective and sustainable service delivery.
He noted that the initiative would reduce the need for physical visits to service centres.
Smart move
Under the agreement, Emirates Post will deliver official vehicle documents and driving licences to customers’ locations within a designated timeframe and in accordance with the highest service quality standards. This is expected to streamline processes and support a more sustainable and proactive approach to public services.
Ali Mousa expressed pride in the expanded cooperation with the police and affirmed EMX’s commitment to supporting government entities in enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.
