RTA holds workshops to minimise risk of accidents during traffic diversions

Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) organised three technical workshops this year focusing on how to minimise the risk of accidents during traffic diversions.

Engineer Maitha bin Udai, CEO of RTA’s Traffic and Roads Agency, said that the workshops focused on traffic safety measures to be taken during diversions for maintenance, landscaping or other roadworks.

As many as 200 engineers and workers at RTA and Dubai Municipality took part in the discussions.
