RTA extends Dubai Metro hours for Global Encounters Festival 2025

Dubai: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the extension of Dubai Metro service hours on July 20.

Trains will operate until 1:00am the following day to enhance commuter convenience during the Global Encounters Festival 2025, ensuring festival-goers can travel safely and smoothly to and from the event.

The Global Encounters Festival 2025 will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from July 20 to 27. It will be a celebration of talent, culture, and excellence for the global Jamat.

Through anchor programmes such as Jubilee Arts (JA) and Jubilee Games (JG), this landmark event will showcase the Artistic and athletic talent from twenty-two jurisdictions together, providing a platform for creative expression, sportsmanship, and community engagement.

The GE Festival also consists of signature events, such as Opening and Closing Ceremonies along with concerts, exhibitions, and masterclasses, and features innovative and thought-provoking speakers from around the globe.
