Now get your vehicle tests done on Fridays

Dubai: The customer service centres of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) at Al Ghusais and Al Twar will remain open on Fridays this month, Gulf News has learnt.

The centres will operate on Friday between 4pm and 9pm offering vehicle registration and testing services.

A senior RTA official told Gulf News that the centre at Al Twar will offer only registration services, while the Tasjeel Enoc Centre at Al Ghusais Industrial Area 5 will offer vehicle testing services as well as registration, renewal, insurance and other related services.

According to the official, the Friday services are being started as an experiment only for this month and, if the results are satisfactory, they could be made permanent.
