Dubai: Emirates Driving Institute’s (EDI) new mobile apps will allow candidates to access information on the move while also process applications and practice theory tests.

A senior official at EDI said: “As more and more consumers are interacting online through their smartphones and the ease with which information can be accessed through mobile apps, EDI has introduced this latest feature.”

Among the two apps launched the “EDI” App is a general application meant for everyone and has been developed for consumers at large. With this app, consumers can view general information on EDI, promotional offers and loyalty cards. Users can even practice theory tests through this. The EDI App is Live on the Apple platform ‘app store’ now.

Users can download the application using any iphone/ipad device and search “EDI” or Emirates Driving Institute in the App store. This is also available on Android platform. The second app called “Student Enquiry” will enable the registered students of EDI to view critical information such as test details, lecture attendance, schedule details, payment details, etc. Registered students need to log in using the mobile app and access details.

This app is available on Apple, Android, Blackberry platforms and the links are on EDI website and can be downloaded from there on the phones.
