Authorities set to open section of Maliha road
Top official urges managers to maintain international standards

Sharjah: The Sharjah General Works Department will open on Friday a part of the Maliha road (second phase) which connects Emirates road and the second industrial road (middle road).
Shaikh Khalid Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director General of the Sharjah Public Works Department, toured the location, where he directed managers to complete the project while maintaining the highest international standards.
The new project consists of a 3km-long road, which contains three lanes in each direction. The road is interspersed by three bridges.
Two of the bridges are on the third and fourth industrial roads, in addition to the ring intersection on the second industrial road.
