Abu Dhabi, Al Ain announces partial road and intersection closures

Abu Dhabi: Motorists in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain should prepare for upcoming road closures announced by Abu Dhabi Mobility on Monday. The closures, scheduled for mid-August, will affect two key areas.

In Abu Dhabi, a partial road closure will be in effect on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street starting Wednesday, August 13, and continuing until Monday, August 18, 2025. Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes to avoid potential traffic delays.

Meanwhile, in Al Ain, a temporary closure of the intersection at Zayed The First Street and Nahyan The First Street has also been announced. This closure will begin on Wednesday, August 13, and is expected to last until Friday, August 22, 2025.

Motorists are urged to drive with caution and follow all traffic signs and signals during the closure periods.
