A number of Asian embassies, airlines and travel agencies are gearing up for the four-month pardon for the illegal immigrants to leave the country without any penalty or punishments.

The Ministry of Interior on Tuesday announced the amnesty, which will begin on January 1 and end on April 30.

The amnesty is for those who entered the country illegally and those who have over-stayed after their visit visas and residency permits expired.
