The Sharjah Police General Command has kicked off its summer training program for the children of its employees. Running from June 30 to August 28, 2025, the program is hosted at the Sharjah Police Club and organized by the Department of Sports Activities.

The initiative focuses on promoting physical fitness, developing swimming skills, and offering a safe, supportive environment for children to make the most of their summer break. The goal is to boost both physical and mental well-being while encouraging healthy habits.

Matar Al-Rashdi, Head of the Sports Activities Department, said the program reflects the leadership’s commitment to supporting sports initiatives that benefit employees’ children.

Qualified coaches are on hand to ensure children gain confidence, learn swimming safely, and foster a lasting love of sports.

This effort is part of Sharjah Police’s broader push to provide meaningful summer activities that enhance quality of life and help shape a health-conscious, active younger generation.
