The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) signed an agreement with Dubai Industrial City to open a new office within the City.
The agreement was signed by Abdullah Al Madani, CEO, Corporate Support Services, RTA and Rashid Al Ansari, Executive President, Dubai Industrial City, in the presence of Laila Ali Bin Hareb, Director of Customer Service Center Department and a number of senior executives.
“RTA Office in Dubai Industrial City will provide all services needed by companies, factories and businesses operating in the City. Our aim is to provide easy and express services that save time and effort of beneficiaries. We are seeking to provide integrated services to more than 430 industrial investors in the City and provide smooth and speedy access to various RTA services'' Laila Ali Bin Hareb said.
Laila further added the RTA will provide all these services through its new Office adding renewed impetus to the policy of widening the geographical coverage of RTA services; which include licensing (new, renewal and addition), No Objection Certificates and other prime services rendered by the RTA to companies and individuals. Various service-providing departments of RTA provide such services through this Office.
Dubai Industrial City is located near Al Maktoum International Airport (Dubai World Central) and Jebel Ali Port. Dubai Industrial City comprises six industrial areas such as food & beverages area, basic metal area, building material area, chemical processing area, transport machinery area and spare parts area, and machinery and mechanical devices area.
