WV Connect distributes 3,500 Iftar kits in Sharjah

Sharjah: WV Connect, in collaboration with Team Iftar and Emirates Red Crescent Sharjah, supported the distribution of over 3,500 Iftar kits at Sajaa Labour Park during Ramadan 2025.

The initiative, organized by Team Iftar, saw WV Connect, a Wasl Village community task force, expand its activities to include Iftar meal distribution. Initially aiming for 1,000 kits, the organization surpassed its goal due to community contributions.

Families and children participated in the volunteer effort, emphasizing community engagement and empathy, according to a media release.
