Dubai Gold Souk Extension Launches ‘Souk of Giving’ to Support Dubai’s Drivers This Ramadan

Dubai: Dubai Gold Souk Extension “Souk of Giving” initiative is honouring unsung heroes who keep Dubai moving every day.

The city’s taxi and tour bus drivers have been invited to collect complimentary Iftar packages, recognising their vital role in guiding visitors and residents alike to the gold trade hubs.

Each evening, taxi and tour bus drivers can make their way to the Dubai Gold Souk Extension information desk, where they can collect their Iftar packages by presenting a valid RTA or official tour operator ID. More than just a meal, this initiative is a reflection of Ramadan’s spirit of generosity and hospitality, ensuring that those working tirelessly during the holy month are not forgotten.

On the very first day, over 100 drivers took part, setting the tone for the initiative.
