Dubai: Dubai Municipality has announced the new timings for parks, entertainment facilities and abattoirs for this Ramadan.

“We updated the operating hours in Dubai Public Parks and entertaining facilities so you can enjoy your time with your families and friends during the holy month,” the civic body said on social media.

According to new timings, Mushrif National Park, Safa Park and Zabeel Park will be open from 12pm to 10pm. Creek Park will be open from 9am to 10pm, Al Mamzar Beach Park will be open from 8am to 10pm and Quranic Park will be open from 10am to 10pm. However, the Glass House and Cave of Miracles inside the Quranic Park will be open only from 11am to 7pm.

All residential parks, public squares and lakes will be open from 8am till 1am, giving extended time for families to spend more time outdoors.

Safari Park, Dubai Frame

Dubai Safari Park will be open from 10am to 6pm and again from 6pm to 12pm, giving a chance for families to enjoy the wildlife in the night.

Dubai Frame will be open from 11am to 7pm while the mountain track in Mushrif National Park will be open from 6am to 5.30pm.

Meanwhile, Children’s City in Creek Park will be open from 9am to 4pm from Monday to Friday and from 11am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Abattoirs’ operations

Dubai Municipality has also announced the new operating hours of its abattoirs during Ramadan to meet its customers’ needs.

As per the new timings, the abattoirs in Al Qusais, Al Quoz, Al Lisaily and Hatta will operate from 8am to 4pm from Saturday to Thursday and will follow separate timings on Friday in view of Friday prayers.

The opening hours of the abattoirs on Friday will be from 8am to 11am and from 2pm to 4pm. The abattoirs will not operate from 11am to 2pm in view of Friday prayers, the municipality said.
