Police academy graduates to receive certificates today

His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, will today present graduation certificates to 61 police officers, including 10 Kuwaitis, comprising the second batch of graduates from the Sharjah Academy for Police Sciences.

His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, will today present graduation certificates to 61 police officers, including 10 Kuwaitis, comprising the second batch of graduates from the Sharjah Academy for Police Sciences.

The ceremony this evening will also be attended by Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, ministers, sheikhs, heads of local public departments, members of the diplomatic corps, other dignitaries, police officers and the family members of the graduates.

Lt. Col. Dr Abdullah Ahmed Al Musharrakh, Director of the academy, said, "The second batch of police officers has undergone training and drills, and acquired significant skills and information in the police and other related fields."

After graduation, every graduate will serve in a particular department or institute, depending on his performance.
