Al Fardan Exchange helps sets up enhanced customer service centre at Pakistan Consulate
Dubai: Al Fardan Exchange has partnered with the Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai to unveil a newly upgraded consulate facility, featuring a state-of-the-art customer engagement centre and self-service kiosk.
This collaboration enhances consular services for the Pakistani expartiates in UAE and simplifies access to trusted financial solutions within the consulate premises.
The new customer engagement centre includes a real-time remittance tracking kiosk, digital transaction services, and instant access to current exchange rates, creating a seamless, tech-enabled experience for thousands of daily visitors to the consulate.
Hussain Muhammed, Pakistan Consul General welcomed the initiative and said: “We are sincerely grateful to Al Fardan Exchange for their generous support in enhancing the Pakistan Consulate’s infrastructure. Growing remittance
The initiative comes at a time of growing remittance volumes from the Pakistani diaspora in the UAE. Pakistanis in the UAE sent over $754.2 million back home during the 2024-25 fiscal year, making the country the second-largest source of remittances to Pakistan globally, following Saudi Arabia.
