Unsafe methods of packing can lead to objects falling out of vehicles in the middle of busy roads and can endanger the lives of other drivers

This series of photographs shows that some residents have their own way of transporting goods — risking not only their own lives, but also those of other motorists.
Is their motive to save money at the risk of someone's life? I feel that it is very unsafe to transport goods in this way and there should be some concern for other drivers on the road.
A few weeks ago, I saw a pick-up truck loaded up with household items, without proper safety measures in place.
When it took a U-turn, in a blink of an eye, a glass table popped out from nowhere and shattered on the ground.
I was stunned by the scene. How is it that people do not even care for their belongings?
No one got hurt in this incident, but it caused unnecessary traffic congestion in the middle of the busy road. I urge the authorities to penalise such motorists and ban this mode of transportation of goods.
As law-abiding residents, we should end this reckless attitude and build a safer environment to move around. We must not risk our lives to save a dirham.

Do you think such drivers should be fined? How could this problem be fixed? Are you facing similar issues in your area? Have you reported it to the authorities?
