Mosques for Eid prayers designated in Dubai, Sharjah

Prayers will be offered at 6am in Dubai and at 5.52am in Sharjah city

Dubai: Dubai and Sharjah have designated mosques for the Eid Al Fitr prayers.

Eid prayers will be offered at 6am in Dubai, at 5.52am in Sharjah city, at 5.50am in the emirate’s central region and 5.48am in the eastern region.

Dubai’s Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities said that it has designated 354 mosques in Dubai, Bur Dubai and Hatta, as well as 10 musallahs: Shaikh Rashid Bin Saeed Mosque in Zabeel, and the grand musallahs of Bur Dubai, Umm Suqeim, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Aweer, Al Mizhar, Nad Al Hammar, Al Lusaili, and Hatta.

Sharjah’s Department of Islamic Affairs has designated 168 mosques, 124 of which are in the city of Sharjah, 16 in the central region and 28 in the eastern region.
