The Modhesh Fun City is at the heart of excitement during the Dubai Summer Surprises. This DSS hot spot is now back at its original venue of the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The large indoor facility, spread over 14,000 square metres, occupies Halls 2, 3 and 4 and is based on the theme of a circus with colourful canopies and major attractions put up in various game zones.
With its message of big, bigger and biggest fun for little ones, the Modhesh Fun City is on from June 22 to September 2 and runs between 10am and 10pm daily and from 3pm to 10pm on Fridays. Entry tickets are priced at Dh5 for children and Dh10 for adults.
As an added attraction, the children's entry tickets will go into a raffle as the all-endearing mascot Modhesh himself will conduct the draw for 10 quad bikes at his surprise weekly party on Mondays.
At Hall 2, visitors can enjoy the daily shows, plays and competitions happening on the impressive platform of the Modhesh Theatre. Other attractions include Modhesh Kitchen, the Sand Sculpting Zone, the Clever Thinking Zone, the Sports Zone, the Heritage Zone.
Fun activities for the younger lot in Hall 3 include an Automobile Zone and the Arts and Crafts Zone. With more than 100,000 colourful balls, the Soft Ball Pool is an exclusive area for kids to dive right in and float in the colourful pool of balls.
At Hall 4, visitors can look forward to the different shows and competitions to be held on the Mini Stage. Also available is the Party Zone, and the Modhesh Fun Fair, an area that includes many electronic games, most being introduced at Modhesh Fun City for the first time. The Family Zone includes a food court, coffee shop, a Modhesh Saloon and Modhesh Merchandise Store, and a supermarket.
