Dubai: The Civil Defence personnel put out a minor fire at a site near Dubai Airport on Thursday afternoon, officials said.
A pile of construction material kept outside the airport perimeter caught fire and was controlled in a “few minutes”, a Civil Defence official told Gulf News.
The reason behind the fire was not immediately known.
