Abu Dhabi: Shopping malls in Abu Dhabi will be offering a wide range of entertainment activities along with their 24-hour mega sale over the Eid Al Fitr holiday including live shows and raffle draws to win cash and prizes.
Aldar Properties’ Yas Mall, The Mall at World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi (The Mall at WTCAD) and Al Jimi Mall Al Ain have shared the latest details about their line-up of activities which will start from 10am on June 15. All of the three shopping malls will have roaming entertainment shows, vintage parades and the traditional ayalah dance performances every 30 minutes.
Yas Mall will also see the visit of UAE YouTube phenomenon MoVlogs who will make an appearance on Friday to make his own video with his fans about the 24 Hour Mega Sale, giving them the opportunity to be featured in his popular videos. Visitors to Yas Mall who spend Dh300 will also have the chance of winning its grand prize — a Tesla Model X electric car valued at Dh370,000.
Meanwhile, the Mall at WTCAD will offer its customers up to three million Etihad Guest Miles during the one-day sale. Every hour from 10am, customers can win 100,000 Etihad Guest Miles, which is the equivalent to a business class flight. The Mall at WTCAD is also offering late-night shoppers one Etihad Guest Mile for every dirham spent from midnight until 6am.
The shopping mall will also the see the appearance of Arab comedian and actor Binbaz, performing live for his fans at 8pm with his popular jokes and prank sketches.
Visitors to Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain will also have the chance to win big with its raffle draw bonanza giving away Dh100,000 over the 24-sale. Customers who spend Dh200 will also be able to win smaller cash prizes of Dh2,500 every hour, which will be doubled to Dh5,000 after midnight.
