Hotel-branded residences launched in Abu Dhabi Al Raha Beach

Abu Dhabi: Burtville Developments has launched its latest residential venture in Abu Dhabi, ‘Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22, a hotel-branded project created in partnership with the renowned Bab Al Qasr Hotel.

Located along the canal in Al Raha Beach, the development blends the privacy of upscale residential living with the comfort and convenience of premium hospitality services. Construction began in early July 2025, with project handover expected by the second quarter of 2029.
