Safety measures are followed to the hilt in construction sites around Abu Dhabi, according to Gulf News reader Ramesh Menon.
The community reporter wrote: “Abu Dhabi is brimming with developmental activities and one can witness numerous high-rise buildings coming up. Walking through one of the streets here, I was really impressed by the way the workers were carrying out their job at such a height.
What made me happier was the fact that they were strictly following the safety code, with helmets, boots, a neat uniform and safety belts holding them in place. A slow, safe and steady way to sustained development and progress — that’s what Abu Dhabi is showing to the world these days.”
