Abu Dhabi: The UAE has recorded 2,087 new coronavirus cases and 16 deaths in the country on Thursday, Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has announced.

The UAE has conducted 225,489 COVID-19 tests in the last 24 hours, recording 1,667 recoveries.

16 people have died Thursday, taking the total death toll to 1,369.
