Abu Dhabi: Health Minister Dr Hanif Hassan has named Dr Salem Al Darmaki as acting Director General at the ministry, one day after Dr Ali Ahmad Bin Shakar was removed from the post, Gulf News has learnt.
Al Darmaki was the Executive Director of Support Services at the ministry.
On Tuesday, Gulf News reported that the minister had reshuffled the National Committee for Combating Swine Flu by removing its chairman, Bin Shakar.
