The week-long forum, organised by the American National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, aims to provide intensive training workshops for the participants.
Mohammed Al Taib, chairman of the Liberties and Human Rights Committee in the Yemeni Shura Council, said that the forum would provide a good chance for the participants to acquire new skills and strategies in field of developing partisan work, non-governmental organisations activities, solving disputes, and mobilising support for general policies.
He said that the program mes comprise of three main parts: the first is the strategy of developing political parties, it will be allocated for leaders of political parties; the second is about development of NGOs; while the third will deal with media.
