Gulf Cobla sink Seven Seas to lift Oasis Cup

Gulf Cobla Cricket Club defeated Seven Seas in the final of the 3rd Oasis Chemicals Cricket Cup held in the Seven Seas Cricket ground, under the auspices of the Dubai Cricket Council.

The tournament was organised by Tariq Butt, and was sponsored by Oasis Chemicals. The tournament consisted of 8 'B' division teams that played on a league-cum-knock out basis.

Seven Seas batting first were bowled out for 133 out in 25 overs. Faraz (42) scored the bulk of the runs.

Gulf Cobla chasing scored the runs in as little as 23.1 overs for the loss of only 4 wickets. Mohsin (72 n.o.) capped of a good all round performance along with and Naseem (20) were the highest scorers for Gulf Cobla C.C.
