Grammy winning pop-rock band Maroon 5 to hit Dubai stage

Dubai: Grammy winning pop-rock act Maroon 5 is set to hit the Dubai stage later this year in what is the band's first ever Mideast performance.

The band, whose hits “Makes Me Wonder" and “This Love'' have graced worldwide charts, will be performing live at The Palladium Dubai in Dubai Media City on December 10.

Maroon 5 first shot to fame in 2004 with their album Songs About Jane, churning out songs like "Harder to Breathe" and "She Will Be Loved".

Their follow up album It Won't Be Too Soon Before Long, released earlier this year, includes the hits "If I Never See Your Face Again" (Featuring Rihanna) and "Won't Go Home Without You".

The band has sold more than 10 million albums, and won the Grammy award for Best New Artist in 2005.

Ticket prices for the exclusive concert in a strictly limited 6,000 pax only arena start at AED235, and will be sold online starting Monday, August 25, on http://www.livenation.ae/maroon5
