Weapons and explosives department to be set up in Ajman

Ajman: A delegation from the Ministry of Interior and Ajman Police discussed on Wednesday working mechanisms to established a Weapons and Explosives Department according to the ministerial decisions issued earlier.

The department will be affiliated to the Directorate General of the Federal Criminal Police.

The ministry’s delegation made a field tour to inspect the work progress and procedures being followed and praised the significant developments made by Ajman Police, most notably the use of the latest techniques in the explosive department and operation management according to the best international practices.
