Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a Federal Decree granting Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for Political Affairs, and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, to the rank of Minister.
