UAE expresses solidarity with India after deadly Saudi Arabia bus crash

Abu Dhabi: The UAE has expressed its solidarity with India following a tragic collision between a bus carrying Umrah pilgrims and a fuel tanker, an accident that left dozens dead or injured.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs extended its “deepest condolences and sympathies” to the families of the victims, as well as to the Government and people of India, calling the incident a “painful tragedy.” The Ministry also wished a swift recovery for all those injured.
