Dubai: The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) announced on Monday a series of charitable initiatives for Ramadan. The initiatives target various social groups such as elderly, people of determination, children, workers and orphans, and will be implemented in coordination with the Emirates Red Crescent and other officially accredited charities in the country.
Commenting on the initiatives, Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, TRA Director-General, said: “These initiatives are part of the #Year of Giving initiative to provide support and care for targeted groups inside and outside the country.”
