Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, praised Egypt’s remarkable participation in the Arab Reading Challenge, with more than 19 million students taking part.

Writing on his official account on X platform, Sheikh Mohammed said: “Egypt celebrated a record-breaking participation in the Arab Reading Challenge—the largest reading competition in the world—with over 19 million students from the Ministry of Education and Al Azhar taking part in this remarkable cultural movement.”

He extended his greetings to Egypt’s leadership, expressed his appreciation to the students, and thanked all those involved in the country’s education sector. “Our congratulations to the winners from Egypt. We look forward to welcoming them in Dubai this October to celebrate alongside their peers from across the Arab world,” Sheikh Mohammed added.
