Sharjah Ruler establishes holy Quran College
Sultan approves the setting up of holy Quran College at Al Qasimia University
SHARJAH
His Highness Shaikh Dr Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, President of Al Qasimia University has approved founding of the holy Quran College at Al Qasimia University.
“The Holy Quran College” is concerned with all sciences, readings and studies related to the Holy Quran.
Shaikh Sultan’s approval of the holy Quran College was announced by Dr Rashad Salem, Director of Al Qasimia University who said that the college is the first of its kind in the UAE.
He added that the college will include several sections dedicated to readings of the holy Quran, Quranic sciences, interpretations, etc.
Dr Rashad added that the new college is a new addition not only to the Al Qasimia University but also to the various academic institutions in Sharjah and the wider UAE.
