Abu Dhabi: Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, yesterday (Monday) received Zhao Leji, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China’s (CPC) Central Committee and head of the CPC Organisation Department.
Shaikh Mansour stressed the UAE’s keenness to further develop relations and cooperation with China in all fields, and emphasised the effective role played by China in various international avenues.
During the meeting, Shaikh Mansour and Leji discussed topics of mutual concern, and exchanged views on a number of issues. They also discussed current levels of cooperation between the UAE and China and ways to activate and develop them for the mutual benefit of both countries. Chang Hua, China’s Ambassador to the UAE, and other officials were present.
