The Prince of Wales will visit the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain and call on the Royal families on Friday 21st February 2014, according to a statement on Friday from Buckingham Palace.

The Prince’s visit will follow his visit to Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which took place from Monday 17th to Friday 21st February 2014.

In Abu Dhabi, The Prince of Wales will call on His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.  

During the meeting The Prince of Wales will pass on the best wishes of Her Majesty The Queen to the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who paid a state visit to the UK in April 2013.  

In Manama, The Prince of Wales will be welcomed by His Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Prince of Wales will then call on His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
