President of Uzbekistan arrives in UAE

Abu Dhabi: Islam Karimov, President of Uzbekistan, arrived in the UAE on Monday on an official visit.

He was greeted on arrival by President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Also present were General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Shaikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor, and a host of other senior officials.
