New resolution issued on Dubai Culture and Arts Authority

Dubai: Shaikh Hamadan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, issued Executive Council Resolution No. (7) of 2017 approving the Organisational Structure of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority.

The resolution states that the Director General of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority is authorised to issue the bylaws required to ensure implementation of this resolution, including the tasks and authorities of units and departments subject to the new resolution.

Executive Council Resolution No. (7) of 2017 annuls any other legislation that contradicts or challenges its articles. The resolution is valid from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
